What is: PECS Srl. (Process Engineering and Consulting Services) provides high technology services for Chemical industry and Engineering Companies.

Context: PECS develops its activities in the context of Polomagona, a subsidiary technology platform of Pisa University and in close co-operation with a network of small and medium size engineering and research companies.

Strategic Objective: The strategic objective is to create and develop a centre of excellence for chemical industry, based on the combination of competencies of very experienced industrial managers with the skills of young engineers (including research facilities and modern IT simulation tools). In fact, process competencies are becoming rarer and rarer in chemical industry. PECS intends to coagulate these competencies and to make them available for customers.
